Day 10
Rifugio Boz - Passo di Finestra - Rifugio dal Piaz
Last day with exposed sections, always equipped.
From Rifugio Boz we continue towards Passo Finestra, the trail bends to the right, where serious things begin, the trail is very beautiful, after several equipped passes, with the emptiness on the left side, we climbed a little closer to the edge of Zoccare Alto then comes an imposing part with the emptiness on both sides that precedes a very interesting rock-carved stairs.
The trail runs along the ridge until it goes back down and around the slope as it moves away from the edge, around Sasso Scarnia to the east and Mount Ramezza to the south.
We proceeded at about the same altitude until we pass the plateau where we go up a little to Passo Delle Vetti Grandi, at this col the Rifugio Dal Piaz is very close.
At the end of this stage it is clearly visible that we left the mountain behind, it was done, it only remains the descent to Pedavena-Feltre to finish the 180km of this beautiful adventure.
At dinner we celebrated with 1 Italian, 1 German couple who were also finishing the Alta Via 2.
